I currently live in San Diego, California with my wife of six years, our daughter Charlotte and our cat Coal. My wife, Cindy, has a Nutrition degree
from San Diego State University. When Cindy's not taking care of Charlotte, she is helping me with Nutritional advice for my athletes and my own career.
I have been very fortunate to have the support of my wife to continue pursuing my goals as a professional cyclist.
During my career I have stood on the podium at races such as the Philadelphia Invitational and the Mountain Bike National Championships in Mammoth.
I am also three-time California State Mountain Bike Champion, twice as a pro and once as a junior.
I started coaching a small group of cyclists in 2007. My goal is to continue building a high-quality coaching business over the next couple of years
in which I can provide resources to athletes that other coaches cannot. I will be able to share my years of training and racing experience as well as
